Gilford served as General Contractors for the construction of a new church across the street from its old facility.

The new 24,000 sf church features a 780-seat sanctuary with baptismal pool, choir loft, and mezzanine audio/visual room. The sanctuary’s two-story vaulted ceiling with exposed laminated wood trusses is not only a dramatic architectural feature, it also affords incredible acoustics and sound quality. Marble flooring graces the lobby area and a two-story Administration Wing accommodates offices, classrooms, elevator, multi-purpose room, and a commercial kitchen.

Site development included site preparation, installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, electric, gas, and communications infrastructure), and parking for 139 vehicles.

Gilford also constructed additional parking on the site of the former Church Town Hall, which was razed to accommodate the congregation’s parking needs.
